If your address is outside the Astoria School District area, you can apply for a courtesy enrollment/transfer request on our website at http://www.astoria.k12.or.us/parents/courtesy_enrollment. 

We cannot accept your student's enrollment until both the resident and non-resident school districts have agreed. It also does not guarantee enrollment in Astoria School District as class sizes have to be taken into consideration.

Transfer requests will be reviewed in August, you will receive a letter with the decision for your student(s). If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the District Office.

Once you have logged in, you can access the online registration link in the top right corner of the page.

Current ParentVue User: 

If you are a parent who has previously had or currently have children attending an Astoria school, please do one of the following:

• If you have already created your ParentVUE account, please use the same username and password you have been using to login, and begin the registration process.  
• If you have forgotten your password, please use the 'Forgot Password" link under More Options on the main log in page.

If you have been given an Activation Key by the school:

This Link will take you to the Login Page Choose The "I am a Parent" link Click on More Option in the lower right of the login window Click on New Activation to begin the process.

You may also be required to provide the school with documentation of Proof of Age and Immunization History.

We can accept the following documents to verify student’s age:

• Birth certificate
• Passport
• Adoption papers
• Court order
• State-issued ID in the student’s name
• Matricula Consular card
• Individual Tax ID Number (ITIN) card
