ASD Parent Survey-School Re-Opening

ASD Parent Re-Opening Survey
Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.   The information you provide is critical for finalizing our plans to reopen our schools.
All plans and timelines are determined by the number of  COVID19 cases in our county. Right now, at this time our case numbers remain too high to safely bring students back on-site.
Our goal is to begin phasing K-5 students on January 25, 2021.  Students in grades 6-8 would begin this process February 1, 2021.  Students in grades 9-12 will remain in Remote Learning with increased on-site opportunities for small-group and engagement activities until these transitions have been made fully,  and we have demonstrated as a district that we can bring students back on-site safely without a rise in COVID19 cases.
In the initial phases, students returning for on-site learning or engagement activities will be limited to only  2 hours  on-site each day.  We will continue to supplement instruction with Remote Learning outside of those hours.
It is our goal and priority to increase the opportunity for all students to be on-site as soon and as safely as we are able. These decisions are based upon our county case numbers and the health and safety protocols we must follow to transport students safely and have them on-site.
